Privacy policy

NubPro is made by Enlil Technologies. This draft says in plain words what the app keeps and why. The final policy will replace it before the app is public.

What we keep

Your account (name, email, university), the notes, PDFs, handwriting, recordings and schedules you add, and what NubAi, the assistant, needs to answer you. Recordings are transcribed and summarised so you can search them.

Who sees it

Only you, unless you make a share link. We use service providers to run the app (sign-in, storage, transcription and AI); they process your data only to provide those features. We don’t sell your data or show ads.

On your device

The app keeps a copy of your library on your device so it works offline. Signing out removes it.
